Arts-Based Coaching
For individuals in moments of inquiry or transition.
Elevate self-awareness through a bespoke program of one-to-one facilitated arts-based activities. Through a process of reflection, creative expression, and inquiry, I will accompany and and support you as you explore the questions you seek answers to. Together we will collaboratively create the space for new insights and action guided by your inner wisdom. Explore topics like midlife transitions, expat journeys, purpose in life, workplace relationships, or simply space to reflect, think and imagine.
An Arts Prescription
A short-term arts session to augment the coaching journey.
As helpers, our clients sometimes find themselves stalled at a fork in the road or ruminating at a branching in their journey. In these moments, an arts-based intervention can spark access to new awareness. A referral for an arts-prescription can help you and your client move forward in a generative way. In two or more sessions, clients will experience a facilitated process of art-making that will help them reconnect to their innate creativity and explore their innermost thoughts and feelings. Clients return to coaching re-enlivened with new insights to continue the transformation journey.
Group and Team Engagement
Designed and facilitated art experiences.
A single workshop or series leveraging the arts to help groups connect, engage in creative flow, and grow. Experience the power of collective art-making and the impact of sharing and witnessing other’s stories. Group art-making can energize a conference, ground a classroom experience, expand awareness, deepen reflection and learning, and build creative collective capacity. Powerful learning in a community setting.
